Seating Capacity – 250 Night before rental $350.00 - 6:30pm Till 11:30pm
Available 9am till 1am $800.00 - Time Includes setup and cleanup
Available 4 hours or less for $350.00 - $75.00 per each additional Hour to a maximum of $800.00
Kid’s Party
3 Hours or less, Saturday - $225.00 includes your own private party host or hostess
Available at 10 am & 2:00 pm on Saturday - $60.00 per each additional hour
Up to 8 year old – Time includes setup and cleanup - 25 kids Max – $5.00 per each additional child,
Adults no charge - See Kids party rules

Includes Light Show - $60.00 per hour
Ice is available for $1.25 a bag while supplies last. Check in advance for availability.
No rentals will be booked without a 50 % Deposit – Deposits are applied to rental for the requested
time and date - Deposits are Non-Refundable and cannot be applied to another event, date or time.
All bookings must be made in person. No booking will be taken over the phone. No changes in
dates or times can be made after the initial booking. We reserve the right to change pricing at any
time. Written prices only good for event quoted. Night before rentals are ½ of package rental. Time
Well Spent is a Multi-Rental Facility. There is a possibility of concurrent events being held on same
dates and times. Exclusive use of facility on the day of the event requiring the gymnasium require
an additional fee of $150.00 and $50.00 for Kids Parties. Please contact Time Well Spent 48 hours
before the event to confirm your event. Please respect our neighboring businesses and park only in
our parking lot or along the street. Time Well Spent reserves the right to make the decision as to
whether to use the Class Room or Craft Room for your event. Reservations cannot be placed over
the telephone. Time Well Spent rents the facility for your use and provides no hosts or assistance
with a party. Time Well Spent is open 9am till 12pm Sunday till Friday. 9am till 1:00pm Saturday.
